Shipping and delivery

1. Delivery costs

Anthos and Custom made Shades: free shipping, always.

All other UK mainland orders: free over £99. Orders of £99 or less are £7.99.

Other destinations: available destinations, charges and restrictions are shown at checkout before you pay. If your address is not supported, contact info@lampsandplants.co.uk before ordering.

Grow Shade and the Smart Timer are available for UK delivery only.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

Each Grow Shade is printed to order, which is why it has a 3-week lead time. If your order includes other items, we may send them separately so they are not held back.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All times are estimates.

3. Dispatch and tracking

We will email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking where available.

Please check your delivery address and contact details before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after dispatch.

Some deliveries may need a signature. If a delivery attempt fails, follow the carrier’s instructions to rearrange, or contact us for help.

4. Delays, damage and missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@lampsandplants.co.uk with your order number. Photographs of the packaging and product help, but are not required.

Do not use a product that appears electrically unsafe. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and any return or collection in line with your legal rights. Estimated delivery dates do not affect your statutory rights, including any right to cancel because of late delivery.
